The lightweight top plate made of 6061 aluminium. This design eliminates unnecessary weight in the middle of the putter for increased stability. The first-of-its-kind open-frame multi-material design has two 90g steel side weights that push 82% of the putter’s total weight to the perimeter when combined with the ultralight top plate. On off-centre strikes, this generates exceptional stability. The centre-shafted neck allows players to putt with a flatter lie angle, while keeping a face balanced head for less face rotation.
All putters in the Spider GT family contain the PureRoll2 insert, a firmer insert than its predecessor. This insert is excellent at getting the ball rolling end-over-end on strikes anywhere on the face. The fluted feel shaft has a softer section 5″ from the tip which enhances stability and feel while tightening dispersion.
